The similarity of the repetitious fold in the body of a this lamp to a Tank tread earns the design it's name. A single profile is repeated 36 times on a giant scale for dramatic effect. Whilst retaining the strong graphic lines of the design, the use of injected molded acrylic allows for a plethora of color ways to be developed and an affordable price point to be reached.
