Nanimarquina Seagrass Rug

The Seagrass Rug was designed by Nani Marquina for Nanimarquina in Spain. The great challenge for this collection of thick and shaggy rugs has been to achieve the combination of two of the firm’s successful product values: Cuks’ volume and Roses’ material. This sea of grass is made with the hand-loom technique and strips of multicolored felt, something that gives it a smooth, pleasant texture, while at the same time making it compact and resistant. An offer with its own personality that reintroduces nature into the home. Thanks to the union of various shades of red and green, here you can find, like in the title of the classic film, true “splendour in the grass”.

Nanimarquina Rangoli Rug Medium Size Maroon

The Rangoli Rug was designed by Nani Marquina for Nanimarquina in Spain. A rangoli is a Hindu floral design with a long historic tradition, which is placed on the floor at the entrance of some houses or buildings as a welcome symbol and to provide protection or wish good luck. The graphic is normally made up of flower petals, leaves, colored powders, rice flour and other elements that act as a vehicle for decoration. Inspired by the essence of these works, the rug keeps the same intention with its design, serving as a sign of well-being and welcome. In addition to their beautiful historical undertones, the pieces in this series give extraordinary charm to living rooms or dining rooms in their large format, or passage ways and bedrooms in the smaller size.

The Ovo Rug was designed by Nani Marquina for Nanimarquina in Spain. There are instinctive gestures that are the extension of a thought, like when you draw concentric lines, the number eight or endless circles sketched on a paper when talking on the phone. You can always recognize in them the thread of a conversation, the unconscious expression of ideas, the pleasing sensation of relaxation and abandonment that accompanies some conversations. This collection wants to transfer this emotion, letting those traces overlap on a smooth surface, creating an energetic, and at the same time smooth, effect. Let yourself get carried away. Ideal for the dining room.

The Noche Rug was designed by Nani Marquina for Nanimarquina in Spain. Dark gray colors to reflect a darkness where shades mark difference. The Noche collection is made from jute, a material offering graduated tones for a shadowy movement effect. Uneven dyeing means the color is seen differently depending on the angle of vision. Simplicity is the distinct characteristic of this series, where detailed richness expresses sobriety and nostalgia for twilight. Natural, black, brown or petrol blue flood the room with their attractive pull to the dark side, with undeniable elegance. With their calm.
